St. James Academy is now open for admissions across all levels — Early Childhood, Grade School, Junior High, and Senior High School. Academic strands offered: ABM, HUMSS, STEM, and GAS.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- PRE-REQUIREMENTS:
Secure and submit the accomplished application form together with all the following requirements at the Registrar’s Office.
a. Birth Certificate (PSA certified) – orig. & photocopy
b. Baptismal Certificate – orig. & photocopy
c. Complete Medical Immunization Record – orig. & photocopy
d. One recent colored I.D. picture (1×1)
e. Long brown envelope.
- ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
If applied after the end of the School Year:
- For Grade 1: ECCD Checklist/Report card and Certificate of Kindergarten Completion.
- For Grade 7: Report Card- original & photocopy and Certificate of Grade 6 Completion.
Education Service Contracting(ESC)
Accomplished ESC application form (available at the Registrar’s office)
a. photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate.
b. 2 copies of 2×2 picture
c. ITR of parent or guardian if employed, if not submit only the affidavit of unemployment
d. final copy of Gr.6 Report card with Principal’s signature - For Grade 11: Report Card- original & photocopy
- Certificate of JHS Completion – Photocopy
- ESC Certification Letter from JHS Principal (for ESC Grantees only)
- QVR Certificate (if qualified voucher recipient)
ADMISSION QUALIFICATIONS:
Pre- Nursery/Nursery/Kindergarten
AGE REQUIREMENT:
Pre-Nursery– should be 3 years old by October 31 of the current year.
Nursery– should be 4 years old by October 31 of the current year, previous schooling is not a requirement.
Kindergarten-should be 5 years old by October 31 of the current year -can read and write at least three-letter words.
for November & December – learners must have completed an ECCD Program for 1 school year.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Step 1: Secure and submit the accomplished application form together with all the requirements at the Registrar’s Office.
Step 2: Secure dates for test and interview at the Registrar’s Office
Step 3: Pay the Entrance Test fee of Php 300.00 at the Finance Office.
Step 4: Bring test permit and Entrance Test fee receipt on the testing schedule to the Guidance Center
Step 5: Get the test results on the designated date at the Registrar’s Office.
Step 6: Secure and submit Reservation and Contract Forms at the Registrar’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION PROCEDURE
1 Go to the Guidance Center.
2 Approach the designated Guidance Mentor of the student.
3 Give the recommendation form to be answered by the counselor.
4 Fill out the Request Form, checking the Recommendation; Guidance Counselor 5 Pay at the Finance (P50).

6 Releasing (3-5 working days) at the Guidance Center c/o secretary / Guidance Mentor.
