Guidelines for Online Enrollment

Online enrolment for School Year 2020-2021 will be from June 24 to July 15, 2020

For new students/transferees make sure that all requirements have been submitted before enrollment.

Please be guided by the procedure:

Must use device (computer/laptop/tablet/cellphone) with internet access

Open device browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, IE/Internet Explorer, etc.)

Go to url, http://122.52.107.163/gis/

Enter your user name and password.

Username : student ID number    (i.e. 2016-00123)

Password :  student date of birth (i.e. 2010-12-25)

         * Please follow exact format, including the hyphen.

         * Check carefully every character you type, no space.

         *Student ID Number is found in your child’s ID or old report card.

         * If you are encountering a problem logging in, please email sjaregistrar2017@gmail.com with the following information:

      > student name: Cruz, John Mark Reyes

     > student idno: 2016-00123

     > email address (student or parent): rcruz_mommy@gmail.com

    > birthdate: 2010-12-25

Choose Grade Level of the child for the SY 2020-2021.

Choose the payment mode – cash, semestral, quarterly, monthly.

Click “Assessment” to view the Tuition Fee Details and the amount to be paid based on your payment mode.

For both old and new students, please fill out the Datasheet in the Portal.

Pay tuition fees thru direct deposit or thru online bill’s payment facility (online bank trasfer, gcash, instapay)

*If applicable, please indicate the name of the student.

Take a photo of your deposit slip and email the screenshot to the school accounting with the following details:

  1. Student ID Number
  2. Student Name
  3. Date of birth
  4. Contact Number

    * Keep the message you sent and the deposit slip for future reference.

You will receive confirmation of enrollment after three (3) days.

* Book fees are not included yet.
