ADMISSION FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2025-2026
We are pleased to inform you that St. James Academy will start accepting applications for admission across all levels: Early Childhood Education (ECE), Grade School, Junior High School, and Senior High School (Academic Strands offered: ABM, HUMSS, STEM, and GAS) for School Year 2025-2026 on January 15, 2025.
Please take note of the needed requirements:
* Early Childhood Education (Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Kinder)
- Birth Certificate (PSA certified) – original. & photocopy
- Baptismal Certificate – original & photocopy
- Complete Medical Immunization Record–original & photocopy
- One recent colored I.D. picture (1×1)
Age requirements for:
* Pre-Nursery should be 3 years old by August 31 of the current year
*Nursery should be 4 years old by August 31 of the current year (Previous schooling is not requirement.)
*Kindergarten should be 5 years old by August 31 of the current year (can read and write at least three-letter words)
*Other Requirements for Grade School/Junior High School /
Senior High School:
- Form 138-Report Card or record of latest quarterly grades – photocopy
- A minimum General Average of 80%
- Certificate of Good Moral Character and/or recommendation letter from either the Principal, Class Adviser or Guidance Counselor with school dry seal
*Additional requirements if applied after the end of the School Year:
- For Grade 1: ECCD Checklist/ Report card and Certificate of Kindergarten completion
- For Grade 7: Report Card- original & photocopy and Certificate of Grade 6 Completion
- For Grade 11: Report Card- original & photocopy
- Certificate of JHS completion -photocopy
- ESC Certification letter from JHS Principal (for ESC Grantees only)
- QVR Certificate (if qualified voucher recipient)

- ESC Certificate (for Grades 8-10)

- Latest Income Tax Return for the previous year or Certification of Tax Exemption or Municipal Certification of Unemployment of Parents/Legal Guardian
- Grade 11 students from Non- ESC Private Schools, kindly submit your QVR Certificate if you have already applied for your SHS Voucher to avail the Php 18,000
- Grade 11 students from public schools are assured of SHS Voucher (Php 22,500).
- Grade 11 students from ESC grantee schools, please submit ESC certificate.
NIGHT HIGH SCHOOL
- PSA birth certificate – original and photocopy
- Baptismal certificate – original and photocopy
- Form 138/report card or PEPT result – original and photocopy
- Certificate of good moral character from either, principal, class adviser, or guidance counselor
- Certificate of indigency from your respective barangay captain
- Certificate of employment (if employed)
- One recent colored ID picture (1×1)
- Long brown envelope
Requirements for Incoming Grade 7
- PSA Certified Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Grade 6 Report Card
- Recent Identical 2×2 ID photo (2 copies)
- Latest Income Tax Return for the previous year or Certification of Tax Exemption or Municipal Certification of Unemployment of Parents/Legal Guardian
* Incoming Grade 7 Night High School Students, please provide us your Facebook account and your email address as well as your parent’s.
